This subscription entitles you to four wellness adjustments each month.
Wellness Adjustments are not submitted to insurance.
You will be automatically billed monthly to the payment you designate.
Adjustments may be rolled over to the next month only. 
You may cancel at any time.
No refunds will be given, but unused adjustments* may be used for up to 6 months after the end of your subscription.
(*4 maximum unused adjustments may be applied after cancellation.)
